- Can multiple people manage job listings?
- Job listings are managed through the Shopify Admin, so anyone with Shopify access can edit them. To review applications and collaborate on hiring decisions, the Team Portal lets you invite team members without giving them Shopify access.
- Can I automatically notify applicants that their application has been received?
- Yes, this functionality is available through the Team Portal (included in the Team plan). You can customize the email template to match your brand's voice.
